Description : The Samaia project in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, on the site of the former Leroy Merlin, aims to transform this former retail site into a modern urban district, combining housing, offices and shops. Carried out by Aventim and Nhood, the development covers 52,000 m² and is based on three fundamental principles: a natural and resilient city, a central and friendly city, and an inhabited and comfortable city. The project incorporates low-carbon ambitions, islands of freshness and an innovative energy strategy, aimed at creating a fulfilling and desirable urban ecosystem.

Our role : WELL certification consulting for 3 office buildings, under subcontract with Patriarche who is leading Environmental Consulting which includes Breeam certification.
