Regenerative Home
Prospera Living’s bespoke framework for healthy, resilient, and life-supporting residential environments
LEED-Certified Tasimi Residence by Fleetwood Fernandez Architects, Los Angeles
Building on a foundation of sustainable design, the Regenerative Home is Prospera Living’s bespoke framework for healthy, resilient, and life-supporting residential environments.
It translates environmental health science and regenerative design principles into practical guidance for homes—covering building systems and equipment, materials, furniture and finishes, as well as daily use, maintenance, and lifestyle choices.
The framework is structured across three progressive levels, allowing individuals to meet themselves where they are and move intentionally toward deeper regeneration.
Architecture of the Framework
-

Foundational
Establishing a healthy and safe baseline by addressing key risk factors such as:
-Exposure to heavy metals and toxic substances
-Mold and moisture issues
-Indoor air quality and ventilation
-Physical safety risks in the home
This level focuses on risk reduction and protection.
-

Supportive
Optimizing conditions that support daily wellbeing and resilience, by moving toward neutral or ideal environmental settings. This includes:
-Thermal, visual, and acoustic comfort
-Circadian-friendly lighting
-Supportive indoor air and material choices
This level focuses on supporting the body’s normal functioning.
-

Regenerative
Going beyond neutrality to create homes that actively restore and regenerate—both human and ecological systems. This includes strategies that:
-Support long-term health and healthspan, including biotech and other innovations
-Restore indoor and outdoor ecosystems
-Reconnect daily life with nature, rhythms, and vitality
This level focuses on creating positive, life-enhancing impact.
